In 1988 or 89 there was a man named Dale Hilbilink who was a hac student who was killed while riding his bicycle to work at Dunkin Donuts. Much the same as Scott Luckenbill. I didn't know him personally but knew him as a student and he had kids who went to school with my kids. I can still picture him because he cut his own hair and not very well. But a good and godly man.
his son 'Beto' was in my little sister's class at HB.

She is mentioned in the OP...'Miss Callen' taught at HB, til Lyle stole her from us.  :'(

I never attended HAC but I felt a sadness for  the former students and their passing.

Gary Dice graduated about 1990 and I believe his wife did also. He pastors in Illinois and his first wife died about 20 years ago from cancer.
