But I am seeing The Hunger Games: Catching Fire at the cheap theater tonight? Anyone see it and like it?

I saw it.  I enjoyed it despite these things:

1.  It's really just a long build up for the third movie.
2.  The movie is filled with ridiculous impossibilities, and sometimes it's hard to suspend disbelief.
3.  One of the main characters is played by a guy who died before they finished filming his part the third movie.  I can't help but wonder how they'll work around that.

I recommend "The Starving Games" if you want to see a poorly done (but still funny) spoof on the Hunger Games.

I probably will. Looks no worse than some of the garbage I've seen previews for lately.

My prediction... call it a prophecy.

It is going to set up an atheist straw man, blast it down, be perceived as AMAZING by the simpletons of the evangelical community in America, and the atheists will still be scratching their heads as to why the stupid Christians keep high-fiving themselves for dumb arguments.

That's sort of the feeling I got reading the synopsis, which is why I won't be seeing it.

I think you are right and I base my opinion on the review of the movie by Answers in Genesis.

I certainly would be leery of basing any decision (no matter how small) on what AIG has to say on the subject!
