They've made a special episode to address the criticism to the Ken Schaap interview. I understand there were some things said that might've turned some heads but these guys are regular guys interviewing people, they are not communication managers or specialists, give them grace. To the criticism mentioned in this episode, don't equate them equal to the accused. That is retarded.

Good broadcast.

One of them is a friend of Ken. They were soft on him because of it. They didn't react properly to what he said because they weren't intending to challenge him at all. He was a friend. Friends "clan" up. Which is what the RFP is. Three friends trying to convince others to get in their little group.

They're all competing for the same people. They have a marketing campaign.

I've knew Brain a little when he was a teenager. I watched his father act like a good little IFB for decades. Craig at one time was my pastor. I knew the deacons that challenged Craig on circling the country and abandoning his work at home.

I give Brian a little credit for changing somewhat as he grew up. However, he still has the same problem that all of them have. They will protect their little circle of influence and power regardless the situation. Brian's sister is the real deal. Gifted. A credit to God's work in His own.

I know you don't like me.... my only purpose is to cast down imaginations and everything that exalts itself above the knowledge of God. To bring in captivity every though to the obedience of Christ.

You call it "nitpicking". I call it.... .seeing ourselves for what we are.

Thanks for not disappointing.

Woah this is interesting observation of Brian here.

Anything in particular?

It is very rare to find someone that will act against their own self interest when dealing with the Truth. So very rare.

As much as the RFP members try to sell that they've changed, it is largely superficial. They have always been considered somewhat "rebels" when it come to music but that subject is only left for the elderly anymore. Their message is just largely trading brand of legalism for another. The really true doctrines that set men free is absent from their message. Yes, they've abandoned a few things that should have never been part of their message to begin with. There are still some very important things left.

They still try to live in "both worlds" now. I know they are sincere in their care for IFBs but that only goes so far. If they completely abandoned their loyalty to them, it might make a difference. Hard to tell. They still are what I call reluctant Calvinists. They are afraid to fully show it. Given their audience hates such doctrines. They often avoid the subject except when one of them gets a "burr" under their "saddle".

That is the thing, it's a cliche group they are trying to reach and yes it'll gain attention but the novelty will eventually run out
