so.... are you suggesting the names of underage victims of sexual abuse should be put out there for the public?....... . names as well as most other vital information of people who were underage at the time the crime was committed against them, are protected - and prohibited by law from being mentioned......... but in recent years it has become evident to the courts that even the names and information of adult victims of certain types of crimes should be held in confidence.. . sometimes even the fact a case is in progress is kept confidential.......
