Yes.  The problem is. The pastor is not the only one who is anointed.  Those who preach the gospel are...and those who have God's Holy Spirit in them....oops. that would be all Christian's. These pastors need to Remembered this.  They are to lead God's childern in the love of Christ.  Not rule...
