Just out of curiosity, what’s the story behind your forum handle (assuming you’re using a pseudonym).

Mine’s pretty self-explanatory…kind of. I’m a duck hunter. I’m actually much more of a fisherman than a hunter, but Duck just seems to have a better ring than “fish.” I’ve explained the “doctor” part before. Technically, I do have a “doctorate” degree, but no one calls someone with a JD degree “doctor,” so I’m only “doctor” in this little part of the cyber world.

Back then it was for anonymity. I outed myself here a long time ago. I may have even included my real name and location somewhere along the way.

I’m from south Louisiana. Everybody calls everybody Bruh.

But Ransom calls me, Duh which in my opinion was his best come back :-)
 
Baptist Renegade = rabble rouser, going against the grain, challenging the status quo, tipping IFB Sacred Cows (My Pickle U Doctoral Dissertation).

I'm not sure if my name fits these days. I am very much a mainstream and theologically conservative Baptist. Perhaps I should change my moniker to THE REAL BAPTIST?🤣

I'm of the opinion that the clergy/laity distinction is unbiblical. Or maybe more accurately how it plays out within the church.
 
I'm boring. I just used my first and middle initials and last name.
 
My name is Bob. I was Bob with my last name when Andrew owned the site. Made some bad choices and had some really bad conflict with people on here.. I came back as the Real Bob. Then I left for about 6-7 years. I came back as Bob Jones the V, as a joke, since BOb Jones the IV probably ended up in a morally compromised lifestyle and I wanted to mock him. I disabled that account and came back as Bob Jones VI. The people I had conflict with are long gone.
 
My user name is Sam, which is short for Sam Ensor.... I seldom attempt to disguise it because there are, at my last count, seven such "Sam Ensor" individuals online. One Lawyer in Europe, an artist in upstate New York, some girl in Texas, a skateboard professional, and one guy in jail somewhere. I'm the only preacher, I think. My lineage goes back to the first horse-thief in the clan, at which point I stopped my search. But you all can just call me Brother Sam.
 
mine is my real middle name.... aleshanee.... given to me by my navajo grandmother who was given that naming honor because i was born in her house on the navajo reservation.... . ..i;ve used this same name on the fff for over 20 years now.... the name i started with was an old nickname - but i only used it for a couple of weeks before changing to this....
