That's true, but also note that Ghislaine Maxwell was tried and convicted of (amongst other things) three counts of sex-trafficking conspiracy.
It's possible that the conspiracy was her and Epstein. But the existence of a larger network is, at least, plausible. Of course the issue under debate...
