I thought the point was that Trayvon's behavior at home and school showed he had the personality that he would engage someone like Zimmerman in a physical confrontation and therefore that justified Zimmerman to use lethal force. Is that the point of the article?

Just because a kid gets in some fights after school, and the school system turns their back.  Which the school should not have done, stil does not give a person the right to kill him.  I think the slogan of neighborhood watch is observe and report, not keep an eye out until the police arrive. ...

Part of the issue is what college's give demerits for.  It is not the job of a college to teach students the importance of bed making, vacuuming their room, or the immorality of hand-holding.

prophet, I assure you I am neither phony or coward.  I definitely would not end the existence of a robber, or anyone for that matter. I would have a difficult time doing so since I do not now or ever will own a gun.  I would however protect the life of an innocent. 

The discussion of the use of lethal force is usually an emotional one. I have had it on more than one occasion.  One more thought from my side, just because the government gives you the right to do something, or even if the Bible makes provision for it, does not mean you should do that thing.

Does that mean you can not clarify your statement?  Are you saying Jesus assumed homeowners were armed or that He felt they had a right to be armed?
