true.... and i think if i lived in a house like that i would have a dog that was trained to do more than bark.... . especially after the intruder attacked the home owner.... but who knows what a city like portland would have done if the homeowner or her dog had actually injured the intruder..... i think they are like honolulu... no such thing as a stand your ground law... . you are expected to flee from criminals at all times... . even from your own home......

From my point of view, this would be an automatic death sentence as I would shoot first and ask questions later.

If someone breaks into my house and crawls into my kid’s bed in the middle of the night, I won’t even hesitate to pull the trigger.
