If the "Dr." in front of your name is not earned, it probably is a good idea to stop mocking a politician who's "not really a conservative".

Should honorary doctorates be spelled with a small "d"?

From what I've read, people with honorary doctorate are not supposed to use them; it's the proper way to behave.

I have found that people with earned doctorates don't make a big deal out of it; it is t he ones with honorary doctorates that push it.
 
Except in extremely rare instances, an Honorary Doctorate is fundamentalism's equivalent to Stolen Valor.
