Many of the verses you posted support dispensationalism, and are used by those who support the Rapture of the church, at least they use these to support their arguments.
The gospel of the kingdom refutes Dispensationalism. How does it not?

If it did, then the dispensationalist wouldn't be using the same scriptures you posted to refute it. Are you sure you're not CATHOLIC? You seem to use a lot of their terminology and have a lot of the same ideology.
If flesh and blood cannot enter the kingdom, only resurrected glorified saints are there for Satan to rally as Gog and Magog when loosed. How absurd is this?

You say you know dispensationalism, so you know that in the Rapture those who are saved are changed on their way up. They don't experience death. Even Paul says, "Then we which are alive and remain, are caught up together with the Lord in the air..." Sounds Scriptural to me.
There is no rapture. Only at the end of the world after the resurrection. Scripture nowhere supports any other rapture theory.

I'm not assuming. If John says "1000 years," I expect he means 1000 years, or something like 1000 years in some way.
