Bernie sums up his priorities during victory speech in New Hampshire.
* Eliminate student debt for everyone ($1.6 trillion) .
* Free Public college for everyone
* Elimination of all health care insurance and managed care providers.
* Medicare for all (including undocumented residents) covering medical, dental hearing aids and home health care.
* $15 national min. wage.
* Adoption of the green new deal with a projected cost of 50 to 100 trillion over 10 years.
* "Significantly" higher taxes for individuals
* "Significantly higher taxes for businesses.
Other Sanders stated policies
* Double Union membership in first term.
* Strongly pro choice (wants 100% funding for Planned Parenthood & Title X family planning grants.
* Appointment of only strict pro choice judges.
* Invest $2.5 trillion in low cost and public housing.
* Nation wide rent controls
* Increase Social Security payments to most Americans
* Reduce the national prison population by 50%
* Provide year-round, free universal school breakfast and lunch.
* Eliminate all of the $81 billion in past-due medical debt
* Eliminate for profit credit agencies.
* Legalize marijuana in the first 100 days.
* Open border policies
Any comments on any of these? With small democratic majorities in the House and Senate would any of these pass?
