Its amazing how they can't predict the weather 2 weeks out..... but they are certain Global Warming is going to destroy society as we know it....

Its called Pride. Mankind is so full of itself.

What cracks me up most is that it was global cooling and ice age first.  And for the same reason - man made pollution. 

These people won't be happy until the human race is wiped off the face of the earth.  Except for the special elite few, of course, who are forgetting they'll have to go back to hunting and gathering since there won't be any grunt workers left to provide them with the luxuries to which they are accustomed.
