Has she voiced his name in any videos?
What is the Statute of Limitations regarding this issue?
She obviously was under the age of consent when it all began.
When did she actually bring all this out into the open and what did her dad do about it?
I know this is all old hat, but it still bothers me to think about it.

I *think* I've seen this before.

IMO, 2 reasons she doesn't mention DH.  1.  She has no proof  2.  (main reason, IMO) If she mentioned her attacker, those she is trying to reach would be fearful they too would have to name their attacker publically.

What's tragic is that DH is still promoted, even on Facebook.

I've watched her video legally you can not use his name. The state of Indiana does have a time limit and she is trying to get that changed.

In the next world, yes... In this world -  when they change a SOL it is only going forward... meaning that he would  be held to the 1982 (or whatever year) SOL...

However - murder has not SOL...
