The next in line is Oreo Dirt Cake.

OREO DIRT CAKE
1 bag Oreos, crushed
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
3 c. milk
2 sm. pkg. instant french vanilla pudding
1/2 tsp. vanilla
12 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
Cream together cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar. In separate bowl mix together milk, pudding, vanilla, and Cool Whip. Add cream cheese mixture. Layer with Oreos. Chill.

Yum! Yum!

Oreos are a close second to Haagen-Dazs!

:p

I think this goes by a lot of other names, but it is delicious no matter what it is called. I usually use the chocolate cake recipe on the back of the Hershey's cocoa box instead of the cake mix.

1 (18.25 ounce) package devil's food or german chocolate cake mix
1/2 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
6 ounces caramel ice cream topping
3 (1.4 ounce) bars chocolate covered toffee, chopped
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions

Bake cake according to package directions for a 9x13 inch pan; cool on wire rack for 5 minutes. Make slits across the top of the cake, making sure not to go through to the bottom.
In a saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk and caramel topping, stirring until smooth and blended. Slowly pour the warm topping mixture over the top of the warm cake, letting it sink into the slits; then sprinkle the crushed chocolate toffee bars liberally across the entire cake while still warm. (Hint: I crush my candy bars into small chunks as opposed to crumbs - I like to have pieces I can chew on!)
Let cake cool completely, then top with whipped topping. Decorate the top of the cake with some more chocolate toffee bar chunks and swirls of caramel topping. Refrigerate and serve right from the pan!

Jeri, I make the oreo dessert too, but we call it the aaron and Sherry (after sherry) dessert. But I simplified it, crushed oreos, vanilla pudding, cream cheese and coolwhip.

I get fresh pecans from my mother in law, so I like to make pecan pie, but I had chocolate chips to it, so I guess you can call it a Kentucky Derby Pie! It is so chocolatey!!
