They've lived with disappointment during Newsom's whole tenure...why should this be any different?
 
The leaders of that state have just lost their minds - on so many different levels and things. And such a beautiful state - what a tragedy.
 
A good many friends and family still live there. I frankly don't see how they tolerate it. I left there for good in 2000 and haven't looked back since.

I know it's a beautiful state, but, I also know it's full of ungodliness and idiocy in government.
 
People in a state that never legalized slavery, arguing about whether people who never owned slaves should compensate people who never were slaves.

Actual fiscal considerations aside--there isn't a California lawmaker who could even balance a chequebook--this is pretty much insanity. Napoleon and Jesus arguing about who gets to run the asylum.

And of course the proposed $5M payout in San Francisco is even more insane. I hope that in both cases, when the money runs out, higher levels of government just simply tell them that they're on their own.

Absolutely NOT going to happen!

When you think about it, this is actually an ingenious means to collapse the US Dollar which I believe is the ultimate agenda of whatever "elite" group is actually in control of everything.

Collapsing the US Dollar creates a worldwide crisis allowing the "New World Order" (whatever this means, socialism, absolute control, Etc.) to come to fruition. The United States is no longer the leader of the "Free World" (which no longer exists), and the wealth of the "Average Joe" will evaporate rendering everyone completely dependent upon the "Powers that Be" (who then will have all the wealth) for everything.

Therefore, having a 5 Million payout would be the equivalent of a $20 gift card to Sizzler!
 
It will never happen. Most Californians I know are against these reparations...black and white!
