The following is a post from my sister on her Facebook page. I ask for a successful cath ablation, that my heart is restored to its previous power before I contacted RSV. Thanks to each and every one of you.

Rick had his first of several appointments at Catawba Valley Cardiology this afternoon. It was a very lenghty and good visit. The nurse, Tina, was very gracious and Laura Craig, PA, was very thorough explaining everything and answering our questions.
His surgeon, Dr Chaudhry, has sustained an injury and will be out of work three months. Therefore, his appointment scheduled for February 27th has been rescheduled with Dr Marieb on March 25th. Understandably we were disappointed with another delay but all our concerns were resolved by Dr Laura. If they have a cancellation, they will reachout to see Rick sooner.
It was “music to our ears” when Dr Laura checked Rick’s heart and said “your heartbeat is in rhythm”.
We left there feeling very confident in the level of care and concern we experienced. Our minds were put at ease over the delay and we will continue to trust the Lord to walk this journey with us.
We thank each of you for your prayers on Rick’s behalf and will keep you updated as things progress.
Be blessed … I know I am!!!
