No surprise there.
If you pull a knife and kill someone because he shoved you, the "self-defence" defence isn't going to wash. And you can't claim that your knife was legal when the point is you used it to stab someone. Anthony wasn't on trial for carrying an illegal knife.
The defence had no case; a guilty verdict was a foregone conclusion.
