Well, it wasn't a campaign event.  While I wasn't thrilled with the "showiness" of that event, I have to say that I'm not at all comfortable with da gubmint, including the judisherary, deciding what is and is not a "religious assembly."

Decision is correct but not sure about amount. Legally it is confusing and if Huckabee fought this more, he could have won on the basis of non-profit. Not a fan of Huckabee but not a fan of "click bait" subject titles as well, this specific incident doesn't count as fraud. Other incidents may though, not ruling that out.

I agree to some degree that overall he may be a fraud in some areas but the link given above is not an example. You have many other examples to choose from, but this incident isn't the case.

I'm not that much of a Huckabee fan either.
But, do you think he is a religious fraud or a political fraud!
I'd be interested in seeing examples of said fraudulent activity.
