I read an article the other day that Ron Hamilton has been diagnosed with dementia.  How sad to hear this news.  Our family has enjoyed his music for over 30 years.  It indicated that a transition is in the works with family.  The article didn't state how aggressive it is, but dementia is a horrible disease.  Let's keep the Hamilton family in our prayers.  God bless Ron and Shelly.

Definitely sad to read.  The Greenville paper of 21 Dec 2017 called it "early onset dementia" -- while praying for him, please don't forget his wife and children, on whom this could be even harder... my father-in-law had dementia, and I saw the toll it took on my wife.  He passed away about 4-5 years after the diagnosis.
