I know that the below link is a lengthy article, but it is a good read and good description of various leaders in the modern day church as well as leadership out in the world (referring to leadership in a corporate/secular working environment).

We would all do well to do our best to avoid becoming this type of person and/or leader and avoid being under the teaching or authority of a man who displays these characteristics.
