I wish him well. It is a good thing for him to get out from under the thumb of his father.
Nepotism in the IFB does not always work out very well.
He can now test the teaching he got to see if it works.

Trieber I know through word of mouth and seeing who he follows, re-shares, associates with. Chappell on the other hand makes it publicly known he is way more contemporary that his dad, wannabe Elevation church

I agree about nepotism - far too many IFB churches look like family businesses with family members filling several slots.

Yes, I remember hearing that they were going to Fontana.  Lived there many years ago.

I don't think this style of church was taught at WCBC.  Does his dad approve?

It appears he no longer is a member of the King James Only Cult either.

His church is typical of those that have come out of FBCH.

They have left the traditional Anglican Bible and the stiff Anglican type of service.

Seems like a big win to me.

People who have grown up in FBCH type churches know the problems and got out for something more in line with the Bible and less in line with the state church (Anglican) tradition.
