Didn't read the article...the headline enough was grounds enough to consider it blasphemy!

The Babylon Bee was booted off Twitter for eight months for "misgendering" the tranny Rachel Levine, but no one will suffer consequences for doing the same with Jesus. Not on this side of the veil, anyway.

Of course it’s blasphemy, that’s the entire point. When the Dean of one of the world’s oldest “Christian” universities comes out and calls Jesus transgender…Houston, we have a problem. Christians worldwide should be aware of the garbage that’s taking place in the world, not burying our heads in the sand.

Most people I know are already aware of going on, and aren't "burying their heads in the sand," as you stated. Many do, I know. But, there are people who actually stay on top of issues. Those who back down from addressing them are weak in the faith and need to grow in the Lord and in their faith.

"houston" ..had a problem decades ago when christians were being conditioned to accept abortion as long as it wasn;t too late in the pregnancy..... and to accept the gay and lesbian lifestyle lived out in the open.. as long as they were nice about it... ... it happened right here on this forum and on the one before it when a certain member of the "gay" community.. raised as an IFB but turned agnostic... was allowed to have free run of the place and was eventually allowed to say pretty much whatever he wanted to whomever he wanted to say it....

right around that same time some very prominent forum members.. who had once been stalworth defenders of fundamentalism.. began saying they were changing their minds about abortion and homosexuality... and even same sex marriage... others claimed they had always felt that way - but had been afraid to say it at the hyper-fundy colleges they had attended.. or even on a fundamentalist forum like the FFF prior to that. ...

sorry.... but in order for christians to avoid burying their heads in the sand... first they are going to have to pull their heads out of it - and dust themselves off....... houstons problem didn;t start when they suddenly noticed their oxygen levels were falling.... and the problems with christians leaning toward lgbt-qrsp-whatever didn;t start just now either...... .the seeds for all this were planted a long time ago...
