I really believe we need to look at alternative candidates to Trump but the swamp and the MSM will get just as nasty with whoever the Republican frontrunner happens to be!

I'd also love to see RFK Jr. get the Democratic nomination away from "Sleepy Joe!"

This is really scary to me. It concerns me that good men of honesty and potential leadership are going to see how the left, almost in one accord, has kept on and on until they are about to obliterate Trump and his chances of winning. I'm concerned that good men, men that could lead us out of the mess we are in, are going to think twice before they jump in front of the "firing squad" and that all we are going to have in the future are more men "on the payroll".

I sure hope I'm wrong.

RFK Jr. has been pushing vaccine woo for years before COVID made it fashionable. To say nothing of his environmentalist and anti-energy woo.

A Trump/Kennedy race in 2024 would be like Napoleon and God arguing over who gets to run the asylum.
 
One of the things I've heard of him. Rather have that than forced vaccines.

Again, not that I'd vote for him even in the primaries. Last time I voted for someone in the primaries in order to get rid of someone else, my plan backfired. Obama was running against Clinton in 2008. I wasn't thrilled with what the GOP was offering so, since Washington runs open primaries, I figured I'd vote against Clinton. Surely I figured any GOP candidate could beat Obama. What was I thinking?

I agree on all counts. Trump is a hindrance to the Republican party, but will likely be the nominee just because of all of the crap that the Democrats are throwing at him.
