Who can burn up broccoli?

I can  ...........I cut it up and put alittle water in the bottle of the pan. I turn it on and answer the office phone .....I turn around and its smoking...it smells awful but tastes great!! This has been what my Monday is................LOL!

I prefer to burn cauliflower  (roast until browned).  It is my fave. But roasted broccoli and asparagus are wonderful too.
