He shouldn't have punched her no matter how stupid her statement or excuse was! Totally unprofessional and he should probably face criminal charges!

I agree that the punch probably wasn’t quite yet called for, but if you watch the video, this rather large lady was literally shoving her weight into multiple employees, causing them to continually back up for quite awhile. For the record, law enforcement reviewed video surveillance and arrested her!

I guess I didn't see the whole video then, just the short clip where he was punching her. I really wish the one doing the punching was black though! I'd just like to see more black folk calling those who "look like them" on such nonsense! Am I wrong for saying this?
