Ready for your first tranny prez?

I have looked high and low and have failed to come up with any pictures of my wife pregnant. The only hospital photo of any of my three daughters is me holding the first one. No sign of my wife.

The obvious answer is that I am gay, she is a man and we stole our children from the maternity ward.
