....because he has never responded TWICE to my replies to his comments.

Now when someone replies and quotes one of my comments, I get a very noticeable "notification" at the top of the page. The "borg's" MUST be broken!

So I've created this thread that he can't possibly miss.

Ya, no one is allowed to out crazy Ruckman on this forum. Pick a number between 1 and 6 and I'll tell you how to get to heaven.

So tmjborg still doesn't get it. He also fails to reply to my question that I've asked him twice. I'll ask it again:

No doubt he'll ignore it again because he doesn't know the answer. But this will help him figure it out:

Or I could turn to the Bible.

1Peter 1:10-11
10As to this salvation, the prophets who prophesied of the grace that would come to you made careful searches and inquiries, 11seeking to know what person or time the Spirit of Christ within them was indicating as He predicted the sufferings of Christ and the glories to follow.

Luke 24:25-27
25And He said to them, “O foolish men and slow of heart to believe in all that the prophets have spoken! 26Was it not necessary for the Christ to suffer these things and to enter into His glory?” 27Then beginning with Moses and with all the prophets, He explained to them the things concerning Himself in all the Scriptures.

Of course the Scriptures at this point would have only included the Old Testament-so Jesus explained to them things concerning Himself in the OT after scolding them for being "slow of heart to believe in all that the prophets have spoken"

Acts 3:18-24
18But the things which God announced beforehand by the mouth of all the prophets, that His Christ would suffer, He has thus fulfilled. 19Therefore repent and return, so that your sins may be wiped away, in order that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord; 20and that He may send Jesus, the Christ appointed for you, 21whom heaven must receive until the period of restoration of all things about which God spoke by the mouth of His holy prophets from ancient time. 22Moses said, ‘The Lord God will raise up for you a prophet like me from your brethren; to Him you shall give heed to everything He says to you. 23And it will be that every soul that does not heed that prophet shall be utterly destroyed from among the people.’ 24And likewise, all the prophets who have spoken, from Samuel and his successors onward, also announced these days.

Here we here of several prophets that taught of the coming Messiah

As we look back to the Messiah they looked forward.

I'm thankful for God being the same through the ages and not having to figure out which plan of salvation I fall under. I initially thought Ruckman had six plans of salvation but in reality he had six plans of salvation just in the book of Acts.

“The book of Acts consistently presents the same keys, the same plan of salvation.”
It does if you are as blind as blind Bartimaeus on a weekend drunk—just as blind as a bat backing into a blizzard. There are SIX “plans of salvation” in the book of Acts, as God continued to reveal more light on “the gospel of the grace of God” (Acts 20:24) (which was not revealed to Peter; it was revealed to Paul—Gal. 1, 2). Peter himself testifies to Paul’s “plan of salvation” in Acts 15:11. Read it. I said, “Read it.” Read it or shut your big, tongue-wagging blabber mouth.
1. Salvation by repentance and water baptism with NO tongues as evidence in a single convert (Acts 2:38).
2. Salvation by belief and water baptism without any convert speaking in tongues (Acts 8:12).
3. Salvation by grace through faith before water baptism or tongues (Acts 10:44).
4. Salvation by grace through faith after water baptism (Acts 19:2–6).
5. Salvation by belief and baptism without getting the Holy Spirit (Acts 8:16).
6. Salvation by grace through faith without tongues or water baptism (Acts 8:37) and without tongues or laying on of hands (Acts 8:38). (Bible Believers' Bulletin Jan. 2007, p. 16)"

Galatians 1:9
As we have said before, so I say again now, if any man is preaching to you a gospel contrary to what you received, he is to be accursed!

As we look back to the Messiah they looked forward.

So according to your long answer, the Jews coming out of Egypt understood our gospel of I Cor. 15? It's weird the disciples didn't understand it, isn't it?

Thanks for the clarification.

None of those verses says or teaches or infers that anyone in the OT understood the salvation by faith in a crucified and risen Savior.

The OT is filled with examples of the GRACE of God. The GRACE of God is evident from Adam to the last person saved at the end of time.

That has NOTHING to do with them understanding the gospel of I Cor 15.

Every detail that we have-probably not. But if I'm to believe the Bible enough for salvation. I'll take the Word of God over speculation.

This verse will be covered in our next video. To every word and detail.

Ask yourself if Peter in Acts 3 understood that Christ suffered and died for our sins, as a substitutionary payment for them.

Do you fully understand the Mystery that was revealed to Paul?

"But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory:
Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory." -1 Cor. 2:7-8

I literally said this at the beginning of the video you've been so ready to critique but apparently haven't even watched.

This is a red herring.

I would assume after spending time with Jesus and having the OT Scriptures. What I know is that the information was available. I included all of Isaiah 53 but the highlighted sections speak specifically to the substitutionary nature of Christ's death.

1Who has believed our message?
And to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed?
2For He grew up before Him like a tender shoot,
And like a root out of parched ground;
He has no stately form or majesty
That we should look upon Him,
Nor appearance that we should be attracted to Him.
3He was despised and forsaken of men,
A man of sorrows and acquainted with grief;
And like one from whom men hide their face
He was despised, and we did not esteem Him.
4Surely our griefs He Himself bore,
And our sorrows He carried;

Yet we ourselves esteemed Him stricken,
Smitten of God, and afflicted.
5But He was pierced through for our transgressions,
He was crushed for our iniquities;

The chastening for our well-being fell upon Him,
And by His scourging we are healed.
6All of us like sheep have gone astray,
Each of us has turned to his own way;
But the Lord has caused the iniquity of us all
To fall on Him.

7He was oppressed and He was afflicted,
Yet He did not open His mouth;
Like a lamb that is led to slaughter,
And like a sheep that is silent before its shearers,
So He did not open His mouth.
8By oppression and judgment He was taken away;
And as for His generation, who considered
That He was cut off out of the land of the living
For the transgression of my people, to whom the stroke was due?
9His grave was assigned with wicked men,
Yet He was with a rich man in His death,
Because He had done no violence,
Nor was there any deceit in His mouth.
10But the Lord was pleased
To crush Him, putting Him to grief;
If He would render Himself as a guilt offering,

He will see His offspring,
He will prolong His days,
And the good pleasure of the Lord will prosper in His hand.
11As a result of the anguish of His soul,
He will see it and be satisfied;
By His knowledge the Righteous One,
My Servant, will justify the many,
As He will bear their iniquities.

12Therefore, I will allot Him a portion with the great,
And He will divide the booty with the strong;
Because He poured out Himself to death,
And was numbered with the transgressors;
Yet He Himself bore the sin of many,
And interceded for the transgressors.

"I literally said this at the beginning of the video you've been so ready to critique but apparently haven't even watched."
My post was in response to Twisted asking me a question-not your video. No, I have not watched nor did I ever claim to. It's nothing personal but any person or group who claims to have discovered new "knowledge" when it comes to the Bible or Christianity I'm very skeptical of. When that group has multiple areas where they have found "new" knowledge with weak to no Biblical support you can know you have a new Mormon or JW type group on the rise.

I Tim 1: 3-4
3As I urged you upon my departure for Macedonia, remain on at Ephesus so that you may instruct certain men not to teach strange doctrines, 4nor to pay attention to myths and endless genealogies, which give rise to mere speculation rather than furthering the administration of God which is by faith.

This is a red herring.
I know anything you don't want to discuss is a red herring. But it's very pertinent. Ruckman and many of his followers seem to search the scripture with the intend of finding new ways of salvation. The list from my post list the six ways from the book of Acts. This does not even include the ways for different dispensations.

Yes, I believe that if tmjborg read the Bible, he would discover "new knowledge".

Again, the "borgs" response to UGC is meaningless: "I would assume" when the answers are right there in scripture.

My guess is that some people just wish to be blinded. We see it here on the forum all the time.

So, no need to bore ourselves with YouTube videos, then.
When the video is nothing but Scripture, most won't be bored. You might, but not most.

So no need to go watch a redundant video when everything it says is already in the Bible, then.
Yeah, but it's all in one spot, making it easier for those who have a hard time doing what the Bible tells us to do....STUDY.

You could benefit from it.

What? You were the first one to immediately quote the video itself in the original thread in which it was posted and attempted to blast it with verses, almost all of which were addressed in the video itself, some of them at the very beginning. How embarrassing it must be to go around smear campaigning without even knowing the other side's position.

"I don't have the slightest clue what this guy believes. So I'm just going to construct a strawman of my own liking, quote his video, and bombard it with verses. I'm crossing my fingers these verses will address what's in is video, no clue as I haven't seen it. I heard this guy once talked about Ruckman, so I'm going to grab something Ruckman once said that will appear ridiculous to the general audience and claim that's his position too." -tmjbog

You're a labyrinth of fallacies and deception, mole (even your avatar is a picture of a literal mole):

UGC is not doing something brand "new" in the context you're trying to pain it. I've stated repeatedly we have refined the already existing ancient doctrines of Dispensationalism, of which there are varying viewpoints that affect multiple doctrines; even your Calvinist friends have this: some claim to be 4-point Calvinists, some "4.5-point", and the 5-pointers will usually say those guys have an "illogical system, you must accept all 5 points or none of them work".

John Calvin refined concepts created by guys like Augustine into a "new" version of it a full millennium and a half after the original scriptures were written. Why are you following his "new" doctrine. In actuality, John Calvin's concepts were much more of a radical change from anything before them compared to what UGC's doctrine is, what with Calvin's wild absolutist doctrines like "God will force you to persevere and everyone else he created solely to burn in hell, both sides against their will", even to the point where many Calvinists think we were already "in Christ" before the world began, completely ignoring Abraham's Bosom, and the fact that in the NT, saints were out of Christ, then in Christ. So were they in Christ, then taken back out, then placed back in?

As we can now see, not only is Calvinism is much "newer" than the scriptures, but also much more radical. Inconsistent.

Yeah, but it's all in one spot
So no need to watch a redundant video, since my Bible hasn't been unbound and spread throughout the house.

You're not really making the case you think you are.

Yes, we are all willfully blind, all of us who do not want to become cult followers and worshippers of Ruckman with his black-lipped kissing Antichrist, his multiple plans of salvation, his multiple wives, his racism, his 1989 Rapture that turns all women into men, and his public rejection of the authority of the original manuscripts of the Bible.

"A mind is a terrible thing to waste."

1Who has believed our message?
And to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed?
As we can see here, Isaiah himself was baffled at what he was preaching, as he is literally asking "who's going to believe this stuff?"
"To whom is the arm of Lord revealed?"

If you had studied your entire Bible instead of cherry-picking verses out of context, you would know that even though the sufferings of Christ were prophesied about, they didn't understand it until God revealed an understanding of the scriptures to them later.

Go find these verses yourself, lazy mole who ignores videos while trying to debunk them (how absurd):

1. Peter knew Jesus was the Christ, the son of God, but immediately after he says this when Jesus tells him he must suffer, die, and rise again 3 days later, Peter rejects this and says "be it FAR from thee Lord, this shall not be unto thee!"

If all of Israel already knew and was putting their faith in the Gospel of the Grace of God (the death, burial and resurrection of the Christ as payment for their sins) ever since God apparently preached this information to Abraham (nowhere in the scriptures: unless you speculate for your false doctrine), and Peter knew Jesus was the Christ, don't you think he would know that this was the guy they were all believing in since Abraham to die on the cross to pay for their sins?

2. At the empty tomb the disciples didn't know the scriptures and didn't understand that their Christ had just died, was buried, and would rise again 3 days later.

They didn't understand the resurrection even walking around inside the empty tomb having just seen their Christ die on the cross and be buried. And you want to tell me that all of the OT saints since Abraham knew the Gospel of the Grace of God that the Christ would come and die for their sins and rise again 3 days later? You're crazy.

Why don't you watch the video for even more verses before continuing to embarrass yourself on your campaign for ignorance.

As we can see here, Isaiah himself was baffled at what he was preaching, as he is literally asking "who's going to believe this stuff?"
"Literally." :ROFLMAO:

You realize the questions in 53:1 are rhetorical, right?
