I haven't seen any definitive proof of this..only government-approved MSM reports, and reports from the WHO, CDC, and other Kool-Aid drinking and promoting hacks! It's still quite hard for many of us to believe anything the government says because of people like Fauci...he's changed his story more times than he's changed his underwear.

Certainly I'm not a Fauci fan. However, just in my community I've known many people who have had COVID. I've known of probably 10-12 who have died-combining people at my church, and people I've heard of second hand. I've yet to know of personally or 2nd hand of anyone who has been vaccinated and contracted Covid-I know it rarely happens but I've not yet heard of anyone other than from articles. I've also known no one who was vaccinated who has died from Covid-again it rarely happens but in my community I've not yet heard of a case. This swayed me more to the vaccine than anything. Is there a die off of all us vaccinated folks right around the corner? Maybe, who knows. I hold a lot of skepticism toward the anti-vaxer crowd when they don't seem to even grasp what VAERS is or how it works.
If I was of the anti-vaxer crowd that believed this was all about government control, I would wonder how it would benefit a power hungry government to allow those "obedient' individuals to die off leaving them with only those opposed to them? Seems like it would make the population more difficult to control?

I don't rely on MSM and GOVERNMENT hacks that keep changing their stories every day, week or month. I am able to do my own research, NONE of which includes BLOGGERS (I don't trust them either as they are just as biased to the right) or unknown entities. I know many doctors and researchers, and I don't have to rely on these people. I also have family in the medical establishment, and most of them have varying views on the "virus." Nice try, Norefund, but NO CIGAR!

My wife's uncle, who was a veteran, died from 2 massive heart attacks in the same day, just two days after being released from the VA Medical Center in his area. He had been hospitalized for the coronavirus and was placed on a respirator. He was on it for almost three weeks. He was released as "recovered," but after the heart attacks, the VA and the private hospital both said that his heart attacks had been brought on by the virus. He had been vaccinated, and it didn't seem to help him any. Both of these hospitals and the doctors in them said that he had the virus a second time in that short period. The family doesn't believe it, but the state went by their report, and it's on the death certificate. The doctor also put a letter explaining the second case of the virus in our uncle. So, if we're to go by the government-controlled medical establishment, the coronavirus can be acquired more than once in a very short period of time. Otherwise, the medical establishment, trying to enrich themselves and take advantage of a bad situation for our family has lied to obtain monies....transfer of wealth! UGH! And people wonder why many don't trust the government or the medical establishment.
Now, my wife's family and my family have both had many cases of the virus other than the uncle. I've had five nieces and two nephews who have had the virus, one coming home from the hospital just last evening. She is on oxygen and will be for a couple of weeks, possibly longer depending on the improvement seen. Some of the reasons the anti-vax crowd believe it is all about government control is because we all know 1) that masks don't workn2) the government and medical establishment continually changes their story on what does and doesn't work, though they won't consistently enforce any position, and 3) the government keeps people in through quarantines, lockdowns and other means, but allows unvaxxed illegals to come across the border in hordes and don't try to vaccinate them. It's unreasonable to believe that it is about anything other than government control given these situations. Also, Biden's "door to door" program that has been proposed just adds more fuel to the fire. There is absolutely no reason for anyone to trust the Federal Government.

I would agree with much of what you say. I guess the point I was trying to make is that in my community I see the effectiveness of the vaccine lining up with what the gov't claims. Sort of a Reaganesque trust but verify system.

Same story here. I know it's anecdotal but I haven't come across anyone in my social circle that has been infected after the vaccine. I have a small number of friends that have acquired the Covid-19 virus who have not been vaccinated. All are recovering but some have long hauler symptoms - tired, short of breath, loss of smell and taste, etc. - even after a month from initial diagnosis.

I agree that the experts and government spokespeople have changed their message a few times. That's what happens when you acquire more information. An adjustment gets made due to the additional knowledge. For instance, very few people are put on respirators now as opposed to in the early stages of infections when the medical community was running out of respirators.

As stated, we have seen the damage firsthand ourselves as well, and we've declined the "jab" and will continue to do so. The ones in our family who have received the vaccine have experienced side effects, some mild, some more severe, and most of them regret having the "jab." It's really strange how those who have had the "jab" on forums and FB always seem to try to convince others that it's necessary for the protection of others. This just has not , by any CREDIBLE, Independent source, been proven to be the case. JMHO
