The people in my social circle and family have, in some cases, experienced a brief flu like symptom period after the 2nd shot. No one I know has had any serious or lingering effect or regrets getting the vaccine. I experienced nothing at all. The sense of freedom and return to somewhat normal living has been wonderful. I stay off Facebook. I'm not trying to convince anyone to get the vaccine. I am debating the misinformation posted daily by those who are trying to convince us that it is all a government conspiracy and that the dangers of the vaccine are being hidden from all - well, all but a few "independent thinkers, bloggers, youtubers, etc." that have no medical training or any qualifications other than the ability to type on a keyboard or create a video and upload it.
I guess I trust the medical community more than most here.
I asked this in a prior post but I'll ask it again. To all of you who think the medical community is untrustworthy, what would you do if you had a loved one that needed medical attention for a serious condition - cancer, heart issues, etc. - If you had the opportunity and means to get treatment at Mayo Clinic, would you? Or would you decide not to based on your belief that they are part of the vast conspiracy to pedal false information about Covid and the vaccines?
Would you consult with physicians, medical specialists, and hospitals or would you wait and see what lewrockwell.com and americanthinker.com, and theblaze.com and people on facebook and youtubers tell you what you should do for your loved one? Where do you draw the line?
