ALAYMAN, I owe you an apology. I was wrong.

My former self would have probably gotten angry with some of the ways that you spoke, but life has a way of mellowing people out and my walk in Christ has helped me to deal with issues of combativeness and antagonism far better than I used to. Your apology and spirit in this post is much appreciated.ALAYMAN, I owe you an apology. I have been less than Christ-like in my interactions with you. I know you hold to the Carnal Christian view, and it infuriates me. It should not. I have a long history with that position.
This is not about that. This is about you being my brother in Christ, and my sinful anger and attacks of you with words that are not worthy of the gospel of Christ. I was wrong. Please forgive me, brother. I rattled your cage on purpose to get you angry, and I was wrong.
Don't believe the dirty lies about that guy being a nice dude, not for a second, just ask his wife, son, and pastor! It’s not my place to post on this thread, but in my brief observations, Alayman seems like a pretty nice dude…unlike a couple other posters I’ve observed on here so far.
I'm still alive after meeting him about 15 or so years ago. Of course, he might have been behaving since he had his wife and son with him.Don't believe the dirty lies about that guy being a nice dude, not for a second, just ask his wife, son, and pastor!

He has always been a stand-up guy as far as I can remember. I remember you both from the old FFF. I consider everyone here a friend, even Brother Leatherneck.Back on the first FF site Alayman and I got into a heated discussion over a way to put a dog down. I do not know if he remembers that but I count Alayman a friend today regardless of what we discussed years ago. He is a good guy, one I can count on his prayers if I need them.
I have to say that at times he's had to remind me to be more level in temperament. That's not one of the areas I always do so well in. I do much better than I did, and I DO admit when I'm wrong when I've gone too far...which I have recently. I apologize not to those that I directed personal indignations towards, but to all those who had to witness them. Sometimes it starts in fun, but ends up becoming personal. It shouldn't even start in fun...So, I've been in the wrong for letting it start or continue in the first place.alayman was the first person i made a post to on the old fff when i first joined it in 2004... .. we have had some lively conversations from time to time but i have always considered him a friend.... ... one of the good guys...![]()
Was the dog conversation based on personally putting the pet down by the owner with (paraphrased, something to the effect of....) "a three cent 22 shell"?Back on the first FF site Alayman and I got into a heated discussion over a way to put a dog down. Thanks for the kind words bro, and despite the overall truth that I like to think that I have always been a stand-up guy, I will own the fact that my former persona only FFF was a bit too brash and provocative intentionally at times, taking far too much joy at stirring the pot in the name of entertainment and sport rather than bringing edification to those I spoke to. That's a regret I own, but seek to refrain from in these days.He has always been a stand-up guy as far as I can remember. I remember you both from the old FFF. Yes it was. Love you too brother! Was the dog conversation based on personally putting the pet down by the owner with (paraphrased, something to the effect of....) "a three cent 22 shell"?
And as for Bob H, he represents That Team Up North, so....
"Never wrestle with a pig because you'll both get dirty and the pig likes it."
Love ya in the Lord bro![]()
Well, truly not making an excuses because I know I certainly should have known better at the time than to be so provocative, but being young and dumb sometimes is a common experience to mankind, lol. I've grown since then, thank goodness. And I told you before, but I have always appreciated your perspective and wisdom on the forum. Now as far as that FSU thing goes, I'm good with Bowden, but Wide Right is a terrible legacy to have to live with.Yes it was. Love you too brother!
