That is correct.
He was on the HAC security team. My 1st year there, fresh out of the USMC Military Police, I had just gotten out of my car & running to classes from the HAC parking lot. He yelled at me & told me he was going to write me a speeding ticket. I asked what he had clocked on his speed gun. He said, "I don't need 1 of those you were speeding." I laughed at his seriousness & ran to class. LOL
