Poor Elon

Yet we have our taxes subsidizing celebration of Pride Month. Deception of parents as to their kids gender confusion and encouraging our kids to denounce their privilege’.
Red herring argument. I’m not defending or promoting abortion, pride month, transgenderism, CRT, or anything else. I just happen to believe our tax dollars shouldn’t be used to fund homeschoolers going to Disney World, or private schools buying kayaks for each student.

If that happens it can be corrected.
But you’re saying all those propaganda tactics in state schools are ok with you? Supported by your tax $?

It’s not an either or proposition.
I would assume that I have spent as much or more $ that you on private school tuition while at the same time having my money go toward what I consider sinful arguments being used on a captive audience of children.

Translation: I will see your red herrings and raise you with silly nonsense.

No, I’m not okay with much of what’s been peddled in public schools. I think it has been overblown though. My daughter went to public school until middle school, and has been private school since. I don’t recall any radical agendas. There’s always that occasional bad apple teacher. Same with police officers. 99% are great, but when there’s one bad apple, he makes the nightly news. I’ve known many good Christian public school teachers in my life. They aren’t all radical left wing nut jobs out to suck your kid’s soul out.

Yes, this is probably why my parents put me in Catholic school for middle and high school—and the academics were better, but it wasn’t subsidized by taxes.

What is an acceptable level of anti Christian propaganda being promoted in public schools…paid for by our tax dollars?

No, your Catholic school tuition was not subsidized by fax money…but the public school in your neighborhood was and your parents paid for your education X 2! With school choice, they would not have been forced to do such. Promoting gay and trans rights is not an all American virtue.

If we’re talking public schools, I believe they should be neither pro-Christian nor anti-Christian. I know in Florida they’ve really begun cracking down on pushing any types of agenda in the classroom. That’s why the Don’t Say Gay law was passed: https://www.politico.com/news/2023/03/31/florida-house-parental-rights-bill-pronouns-lgbtq-00089971

I love irony. Unfortunately this is all so predictable that there is little if any irony left.

Here’s the thing, this is par for the course for Trump. There is constant chaos with him, fallouts, accusations, court hearings, etc. Of course I knew all of this when I voted for him. I just happened to think was just a slightly better candidate than Biden or Harris, but I never bought into this MAGA worship 🐂💩 like some others.

The obvious problem is that while you voted for him you still have TDS. Choose, hot or cold because there is no room for lukewarm support from the likes of you.

🤭🙃😜😉😎

TBH, I’ve never thought Trump is a “good guy.” I just think some of his policies are better than what the likes of Biden and Harris offer. It was really difficult for me to not vote third party on both of his campaigns.
