Or you guys finally all jawboned out about them?

How have they helped America?

Isa 1:4 Ah, sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity, offspring of evildoers, children who deal corruptly! They have forsaken the LORD, they have despised the Holy One of Israel, they are utterly estranged.

2 Kings 17:11
And there they (Israel) burnt incense in all the high places, as did the heathen whom the LORD carried away before them; and wrought wicked things to provoke the LORD to anger:

Jer_5:26
For among my people (Israel) are found wicked men: they lay wait, as he that setteth snares; they set a trap, they catch men.

Eze 8:9 And he said to me, “Go in, and see the vile abominations that they (Israel) are committing here.”

Jer 2:7 And I brought you into a plentiful land to enjoy its fruits and its good things. But when you came in, you (Israel) defiled my land and made my heritage an abomination.

Jer 8:12
Were they (Israel) ashamed when they committed abomination? No, they were not at all ashamed; they (Israel) did not know how to blush. Therefore they shall fall among the fallen; when I punish them, they shall be overthrown, says the LORD.

Jer 32:35 They (Israel) built the high places of Baal in the Valley of the Son of Hinnom, to offer up their sons and daughters to Molech, though I did not command them, nor did it enter into my mind, that they should do this abomination, to cause Judah to sin.

Mal_2:11 Judah hath dealt treacherously, and an abomination is committed in Israel and in Jerusalem; for Judah hath profaned the holiness of the LORD which he loved, and hath married the daughter of a strange god.

Act 2:23
Him, being delivered by the determinate counsel and foreknowledge of God, ye (Israel) have taken, and by wicked hands have crucified and slain:

Act 2:36
Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made that same Jesus, whom ye (Israel) have crucified, both Lord and Christ.

Act 2:38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

Yes, Israel is still a wicked nation that not only committed unspeakable abominations in the Old Testament, but also crucified their own Messiah. Because of their wickedness they were driven from their land, scattered among the Gentile nations and persecuted for the past 2,000 years in a way no other group of people could ever imagine. If you think America is any more righteous than they are then you are delusional. The only difference between Israel and America is God chose them as a special people for whom He has an “everlasting love” with a promise that as long as there is a sun by day and a moon and stars by night and the waves of the sea roar, Israel will not cease to be a nation before God forever (Jeremiah 31:35-37).

God has regathered them from around the world in these last days never to be driven out again (Amos 9:14-15) and their eyes which have been judicially blinded by God (Rom 11:8-10) will eventually be opened when Jesus returns to judge the world and at that time the Jews will look upon Him whom they have pierced and shall mourn as one mourneth for his only son (Zech 12:10). It is only by the grace of God you and I are not in hell right now. It is easy to be self-righteous.

Of which Israel are you asking? The Israel of Judaism? The Israel of the Bible? Or the Zionist state that assumed the name?

...part of of of being the Good Shepherd is the restoration of Israel...

The fulfillment of Ezekiel's vision and the prophecy of the restoration of Israel was on the Day of Pentecost. Heiser skillfully revealed how John was invoking the imagery of Ezekiel, and presenting Jesus as the Son of Man in Ezekiel who 'breathes' life back into the bones.

...in John 20 that little passage we read there's a verb there, 'breathed,' ... 'he breathed on them and said receive the Holy Spirit.' The verb translated breathe is emphysaō, which occurs only six times in in the entire Septuagint. I mean think of the Old Testament—that's a lot of material, but only six times in the Septuagint, and only here in John 20:22 in the whole New Testament...so this is not a common word. ...of course it does occur one of those six times...is Ezekiel 37.

...what's being said here that that John's looking at Ezekiel 37:9 and wants Jesus to be the one breathing life into the bones. This is what John is angling for. Of course in John's scene, it's the disciples...and what's going to happen later ... when the Spirit comes upon not just the Twelve, but upon all believers.
...
Ezekiel is using the same wording, rûaḥ, in Ezekiel 37 that he also used in Ezekiel 36. You'll find reference to the Spirit there, because it's a New Covenant passage. By doing it in both chapters he connects the restoration of the twelve tribes with the coming of the Spirit.
...
There's no way to correctly interpret Pentecost, and not have Pentecost mean the restoration of the twelve tribes of Israel.

The Israel identified by Judaism is every Jew of any ethnicity or nationality from Sinai forward, who is obligated to obey the Torah. Judaism rejected and executed its Messiah, and even now are in rebellion against Him. They look for someone other than Jesus, Who is their King reigning from Heaven, whether or not they acknowledge Him.

The Israel of the Bible...I should say, of Prophecy...are the Redeemed of the earth. They are the true Israel, an olive tree that has come to maturity and is bearing fruit. Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? They are washed in the blood of the Lamb. They are pure and spotless, justified by God.

That abomination in the Middle East that calls itself Israel...what do you think?
