I didn’t say it was my hope or accurate hope, but they believe in their own version of hope in their brand of religion.

Okay, as long as you recognize that religion with that kind of Hope isn't anything but soul damning deception. And the Bible definition and meaning of Hope isn't that kind of wishfulness or optimism.

Of course, I was just stating that pretty much all religions offer their followers “hope.” It might be what we classify as false hope, but the followers of other religions probably don’t draw that distinction if they haven’t accepted Christ.

When you get beyond the surface of what they say is Christianity, it’s a very different belief. In their time of grief might be the best time for the Holy Spirit to get to them the true Gospel and true Jesus to give them that real hope

My only point was that I would not use a tragic event such as a church shooting as an introductory opportunity to the preach gospel to those who are directly impacted. I would first offer condolences and shoulder for the grieving members. In due time, after a proper amount of time for grieving to occur, and led by the Spirit, I would certainly offer clarifying differences between their gospel and the true gospel.

Think though that would be an appropriate time, as those families who grieve with no hope would be looking to have some real hope and assurance, just as when a pastor preaches a Eulegy, they always being in the real Gospel and real jesus there

Normally the message at a eulogy is agreed upon by the family members before it's preached. That's a big difference, in my opinion. Speaking generally, tactfulness and timeliness is of the essence in death situation and messaging. I think that what you're suggesting seems ill-timed, but I'm not making absolute statements, nor denying the leading of the Spirit in your life if you feel that's appropriate.
