Christian author confesses years-long extramarital affair, declaring he 'disqualified' himself from ministry

You boast of being all about the Kingdom of God, suggesting Christians should live monastic lives as opposed to taking part in the functions of society, in which they have the freedom to do.

One might expect you to have thought the elementary principles of the Kingdom through a little better, and to care more for them.

Wow, I boasted all that?

I would never touch his books...........for 8 years he had an affair and his wife never knew? there are no words.......

In this dispute between Ekk and Sub, no doubt the ultimate conclusion will be that Trump and Netanyahu made Yancy do it…..😊

Well, Yancey isn't a pastor so he gets a pass, just like the president. 😉

He holds, to my knowledge, no official position in the church or ministry…therefore our recourse is to mark him as a hypocrite and pray for his restoration.

Unless you have a another suggestion.

Jesus called it sin. Not sure why you think that is funny.
It’s funny because because in comparison to the sexual exploits of the previously mentioned presidents, Carter got bludgeoned for admitting to “lust in his heart.” It must be difficult for you to go through life lacking a sense of humor. There might be counseling available if you seek it.
