None that meet mine. I’d like for them just to simply be honest people, not take money from lobby groups, not become millionaires after getting elected.Still no candidate that meets your superior morals?
or explain why they are ashamed to admit who they voted for while at the same time shaming everyone else who actually voted.or explain away just about any behavior as long as their policy is acceptable.
No argument here. I rely on the old adage: "Politicians and diapers need frequent changing, both for the same reason." Even with candidates I tend to support, after an an average of two terms, it's time for them to move on.None that meet mine. Not absolutely sinless they don’t even need to be perfect. How about just simply decent good people.
You got Massie, Ran Paul they seem to be decent people. Who else? I don’t know.
Politicians that haven’t become millionaires AFTER getting into office. If something like this is impossible then there is no way the country will ever even slightly get a little bit better. I don’t think that’s too much to ask.
Having millions before you go into public service is often a reason for people to criticize the candidate too, because having money means you can buy elections. Danged if ya do, darned if you don’t. People just love to criticize, which is why the saying “You can please some of the people all of the time, and you can please all of the people some of the time, but you can't please all of the people all of the time".…

@subllibrm what are we looking for in a candidate? Someone that meets what requirements? No argument here. I rely on the old adage: "Politicians and diapers need frequent changing, both for the same reason." The intent of my original reply was to try to get Mr. Sub to finally divulge the name of the candidate who has the right balance of policy and moral superiority that we can all get behind without violating our conscience.
I honestly don’t know of any politicians that have ever bought an election. Being bought is something different.Having millions before you go into public service is often a reason for people to criticize the candidate too, because having money means you can buy elections. Danged if ya do, darned if you don’t. People just love to criticize, which is why the saying “You can please some of the people all of the time, and you can please all of the people some of the time, but you can't please all of the people all of the time".
They tried and tried to make Joe look "ok" right up to the debate. After that, it was evident that Sleepy Joe was lost.or explain away just about any behavior as long as their policy is acceptable.
