Interesting pedigree. What denominational affiliation did you land on?

I believe they are affiliated with Calvary Chapel in some way, and if I'm not mistaken, the pastor is a graduate of Calvary Chapel Bible College.

When you were a Ruckmanite did you buy in to the militant and caustic side of things? By the way, there’s another former Ruckmanite follower who occasionally posts here named Baptist Renegade.

I suppose that I blindly went along with everything they believed in and taught, but fortunately, I didn’t get too involved.

Was you brought there by your parents or did you make that choice to attend as an adult? And how long did you belong there?

I made the choice to start attending church as an adult on my own. I started out at a Seventh Day Baptist Church, but someone convinced me to stop going there since the pastor used the NIV translation instead of the KJV. So I switched to a Baptist Church led by one of Ruckman's disciples. After that, I tried out a church affiliated with the SBC, and eventually I ended up where I'm at now.
