Sounds like someone is an Arminian. Your saying they must do four things in order to receive salvation. Sounds too complicated to me I'll stick with the Bible way.

No free willy I've ever run across believed their obedience saved them. And I've seen Calvinists claim people "never really got saved' because of their lack of works.

I mostly agree. I do find it silly, though, that if someone does get convicted and decides to pray there for salvation that he would somehow see it as having paid for his own sins. If one believes that then they never understood the Gospel in the first place.
