They aren't the NT Church. They are tribulation saints. The 144,000 Jews that are sealed are described as being from the twelve tribes of Israel in chapter seven.

They aren't Christians but unbelieving Jews when the Church is gathered together as Paul taught in 1 Thess 4:17. They will be saved after that event. After Chapter 3 in Revelation everything is Jewish. The Church is not mentioned during the tribulation judgments.

No because I believe the Church will be gathered to meet the Lord in the air and only lost people will be left behind including the Jews. The main thing is I don’t believe purpose of the Second Coming of Christ is to punish the Church. It will be the time of Jacob’s trouble (Jer 30:6-7).
