My Rankings (Based on who I prefer with electability factored in)

1. Marco Rubio - Solid conservative, moderate on social issues, Highly Electable.
2. Scott Walker - Probably the best choice due to his record and Executive level experience, but Rubio has a better chance of winning.
3. Ted Cruz - I like Ted the best, but he would be vilified the most and would probably not win a General election.  I would love to see him debate Sen. Clinton!
4. Rand Paul - The country will be resetting very soon and the younger crowd will be going Libertarian.  I no longer fight the "Social Conservative" political battles like I used to so I would fully support Rand if he got the nomination.
5. Rick Perry - Texas has the best economic record of the entire country.  Gov. Perry isn't the best politician, but his record speaks for itself.
6. Bobby Jindal - I have heard good things about the LA governor, but I don't know much about him.
7. Chris Christie - Even though I would disagree with him on many issues, I know that he will fight for the things that we do agree on!
8. Ben Carson - I like him as a person...not sure about him as a politician.
9. Mike Hukabee - I truthfully like Hukabee...but I have moved on from his Social Conservative platform.  He is a good representative of Christianity and articulates Christian love without compromise.  That being said, we don't wrestle "flesh and blood" and politics aren't the answer to America's collective sins.
10. Jeb Bush - Don't trust a talking Bush unless it is on fire :)  (actually, I liked both Bush'es....but they don't make the greatest presidents.)

I don't have an opinion on who would be best "from a Christian perspective".  I believe the best person for the job (and one with the best chance of beating Clinton) is Marco Rubio.  I've been hoping for a Rubio/Fiorina ticket since back before any candidates had even announced.

Who are the Southern Baptists going to vote for now that Trump attacked their leader?

Makes me wonder if it was in response to Moore's article in The New York Times:

The Bible calls on Christians to bear one another?s burdens. White American Christians who respond to cultural tumult with nostalgia fail to do this. They are blinding themselves to the injustices faced by their black and brown brothers and sisters in the supposedly idyllic Mayberry of white Christian America. That world was murder, sometimes literally, for minority evangelicals.

This has gospel implications not only for minorities and immigrants but for the so-called silent majority. A vast majority of Christians, on earth and in heaven, are not white and have never spoken English. A white American Christian who disregards nativist language is in for a shock. The man on the throne in heaven is a dark-skinned, Aramaic-speaking ?foreigner? who is probably not all that impressed by chants of ?Make America great again.?

A White Church No More
