I thought it was going to be about a new automotive finishing or ...something.
 
I've seen girls wear them with skirts or mini skirts, longer shirts, etc so it really depends on personal style. If you ask me the biggest issue is distraction (at work this is bad) not lust. Guys lust over pretty girls regardless of what they are wearing and have been in every century. It didn't start with modern fashions. But I think a lot of girls and even adults either don't know how to dress properly for different situations or somehow the rules have changed. They say they are comfortable but I know that if you suggest equally comfortable alternatives like loose fitting sweat pants it's not about comfort but about being cool because it's the in fashion and they want to fit in.
