They are born with homosexual temptations like any other sins. However it is up to the individual whether he or she wants to fall into that temptation and sin.

I don't think it matters. For the sake of argument, let's suppose that homosexuality is NOT a sin. Prior to salvation, like the rest of us, homosexuals have plenty of other sins that can convict them in God's court and show them they need a savior - just as with any heterosexual.  After salvation, heterosexuals have to deal with temptations - including sexual ones - just as homosexuals do.

Exactly!

I was not born wanting a monogamous relationship within the holy bonds of matrimony.  Even today, as a happily married man, I must fight temptations that I did not choose to have.  Just because I am born wanting to sin does not make that sin acceptable.  Is it ok for me to cheat on my wife because I was born with heterosexual attractions?
