Are you concerned about Flock Cameras?

I read an article yesterday (but can't find the link now) that said Flock is adding license plate reading tech to the dash cams used by Uber & Lyft.
I read that somewhere as well. Don't remember what I was reading at the time. I've also heard that on our local talk radio station.
