It would be great to have them sue him. They won't because he would use the pre trial process to gather more evidence against them. But I like the tack he's taking here. He may as well go out with a bang!

I'm not sure that this is the main reason for the recess being called. There's roughly 8 weeks for these House members to campaign. Ever hear of that word, "CAMPAIGN!?!?. Massie is a disgruntled twit of a man. Glad to see him go!
