Three questions:

1)  What version of the Bible do you use for your reading?
2)  What version of the Bible do you use for Bible study?
3)  From which version of the Bible does your pastor preach?

1. ESV/NASB/NIV
2. Bible Gateway - usually view a variety of versions to compare texts
3. Traditional Service Pastor: NKJV; Contemporary Service Pastor: NIV or ESV

3. ESV exclusively. Large church with multiple pastors but even in the book store the only thing available and the only version they use for Bible study or preaching is ESV.  Bethel in Crown Point, IN.  Never thought I would say this but I absolutely love going there!

2. "All the above" with the exception of the NIV. Never really got into it. Do yourself a favor and get a ABP. If I could recommend one or two single study bible versions... it would be the NET and the ABP.
3. I don't have a "pastor". The church I've been attending recently is rabid KJVO. Most churches I've attended over my life are KJVO. I'm considering starting a fellowship in my area. I've grown entirely too tired of the "Blue hairs" and the "young hipsters". Not that I can't get along with them. I can. They usually don't tolerate me too well.

2 -ESV, KJV, NIV, HSCB, NKJV, Message, Cottonpatch...
3 - We don't have Pastor but the group uses KJV, ESV, NKJV, HSCB, and a couple others.

1) KJV (Last year I read through a Chronological NKJV, but I've returned to the old KJV.)
2) KJV - with reference/comparison with the NIV, ESV, NKJV, and NASB
                          (I really like reading the NIV to grasp the overall flow of my text.)
3) KJV (I'm the pastor)
