really?........ i seem to rmember that the non-classified info pubished on the F-22 lists it as having a ceiling of 65,000 feet.. and since it;s true capabilities are still top secret it can probably fly much higher than that..... ....... even the ancient F-4 phantom had a published ceiling of 62,000 feet and the F-15 a ceiling of 65,000 .. -- but the F-15 also currently holds the record elevation reached and published for a fighter jet of 98,000 feet..... and that;s public information anybody can find.... ..... so why are they lying about this thing?... and lying to people that should know better?.....

In reading about this story in Hawaii, I never realized that it would be considered so strategically important to China, but it makes sense now: control of the Pacific. Then I remembered a little incident called Pearl Harbor. Duh!

chinese ships circle hawaii all the time.... always staying in international waters but the u.s. navy knows more about them before they even get here than they ever learn about us.... ...... but yes... . it;s well known that any nation from the area of the western pacific that wanted to conduct a war against the united states would need to have control of hawaii.... both to neutralize u.s. military bases in hawaii but also to use hawaii as a base of operation against the mainland u.s. ..... . but the thing is - hawaii is better protected than they might realize... and if they didn;t learn that during all the times they participated in rimpac over the years then they would learn it the first time they attempted an actual incursion here.... ...

i don;t think they really know what caused those lasers.... it could even be ground based lasers used to verify sattelite positions being misdirected and reflected back .....any country that sends up a sattelite has the ability to put a laser on it and shoot it down at earth.... but to what purpose?.... tracing and tracking by way of lasers works both ways.... in fact we can see where it came from much easier than they can use it to find something on the ground or ocean surface.....

Just curious, are the Chinese ships military, fishing, fleet?

both.... and cargo ships from all over the world come here...especially from china... and they come right into the harbor to dock and unload.. .. ..and fishing ships from all countries operate all over the pacific.. but they all need permission to enter u.s. territorial waters same as a military ship would... .... there was even a russian military ship cruising around the islands for a while.... but it stayed well out of the u.s. territorial zone too....

and this is flightradar24 that shows where all aircraft using transponders are.... .some of the so called spy balloons have shown up here depending on whether or not they were transmitting a location signal... .you can see both the sky and waters around hawaii are pretty busy..... and yet the waters and sky around the east coast where you are at is even more busy....

you are welcome.... ....i use that mostly to see when the boats i buy fish from are coming in.... ....but they always call in first if they have something they know i will want.. with that website i can arrive at the harbor the same time they do.... ..

some of the people we know here are too... ... i don;t see why the pistol brace is such a big deal to the batf... i know it helps disabled people be able to shoot... . but does it make non-disabled people more dangerous than shooting a pistol free hand without a brace does?..... ..and like the guy in the video says - if a criminal is going to decide to commit a crime with a gun he is going to find whatever he needs - legal or otherwise - to make his crime possible..... the only people the rule will hurt is law abiding disabled people who a pistol brace was supposed to help.....
