In all fairness to "Butch" "Mehmet" Caner, BPC's financial problems go back about two years, don't they? They're not his fault, just his problem. (By comparison, chronic lying is both . . .)

One of the prerequisites of accreditation is financial stability, and audits of Brewton-Parker's financial statements over the past few years has revealed a lack of financial stability and control. Their accreditation status has been in jeopardy for about two years now.
