I have no idea what you just said. Nor have I ever heard anyone say that "chosen before the foundation of the world" put that choice ahead of Jesus. Well, I did just hear it now from you but not prior to that.

CU is too dim to realize I just read him for the lulz.

CU, by the nature of these monergism vs synergism threads you've started, your starting to sound like a date that was stood up at the prom.

I have no interest in either method. I have interest in the Truth.

You're starting to sound like a Calvinist that can't defend your own beliefs.
Me?!? You are the one who will no answer my question, does man seek after God when Scripture plainly teaches that here us no one righteous, nobody seeks after God. When will you answer this?

Since Jesus IS God I am having trouble seeing how He could choose me ahead of Himself?  ???

You're being dishonest with the question.

Yes. Jesus Christ is God. Yet, in Eternity Past, there was a time when JESUS wasn't purposed to die on Calvary. Calvinism places the Glory of Christ sacrifice ....after or subject to.... God's election of individuals.

Ransom knows this. He's just playing with words.

Jesus was part of that choosing "before the foundation of the world" so he had to have predated it.

Why do I suddenly have hankering for a soft pretzel?

Are you really that lost in this?

Yes. Jesus Christ predates the foundation of the world. Yet Calvinism teaches that the offering of "Jesus Christ" offering was planned BECAUSE of God's choice in individual election.

Tell you what. Google the term "Eternal Sonship".

Okay teacher, I googled it, I didn't see anything that came even close to what you claim is being taught. In fact I didn't see anything that even touched on the subject of this thread. So now what? Do you have other wild geese in need of chasing?

I'm going to try one more time and I'm giving up.

The "Godhead" preexisted the "Creation". This included the "Eternal Son". However, "Calvary" doesn't "predate" God's creation. In fact, it is a part of God's creation. Get it?

In Calvinism's explanation of  God's "Creative actions", they teach, that God chose individuals for Election, and then choose the means of their "Election". "Calvary".

Get it? Do you know why "The Eternal Son" is called "Jesus Christ"? "Jesus is His earthly given name". What does the "Christ" part mean? Let me answer it for you.  It means "anointed choice".

So lets review. Calvinism teaches that "individuals" were elected and THEN, the means of their redemption was purposed. "Calvary".

I have never seen or heard it taught as you allege.

The Father loved his Son before the foundation of the world, too (John 17:5,24).

The OP is an incoherent rant that was seemingly written while the author was high, so I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Nothing is Scripture that says its a sin to get high.  :)

It's evident enough when I read your posts, Rhymes-With-Duh.
