Based on what I knew about their rules in the past, I'd have been inclined to say PCC. Until she said they had to attend a local church, as PCC wouldn't have allowed that (attendance at Campus "Church" is mandatory).

Also, they call it a "university" in the clip, so Pensacola isn't even in the same league.
